**Full Job Description**

We represent the Woodbridge Sports Dome, Markham Sports Dome and Mount Joy Sports Dome. We are one of the leading indoor sports recreation facilities in the GTA and are committed to providing the highest-level experience possible for our customers. We offer facility rentals and league play for a multiple of sports, including, but not limited to soccer, volleyball and basketball, extensive kids camp programs, advertising opportunities and food and beverage.

We are looking for an Advertising, Marketing and Social Media Coordinator to work closely with our management team and spear-head our advertising and marketing initiatives across a variety platforms.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the management team to develop the company’s overall growth strategy and vision into visual content
- Contribute to Digital Marketing campaign strategies and analysis
- Sell advertising opportunities to businesses (Local business and larger scale businesses). Opportunities include banner advertisements, promotional events, social media and website collaborations etc.
- Manage the accounts of advertising clients
- Produce content for a variety of accounts across different social media platforms and websites in photo and video formats
- Manage daily social media posts, engagement and content on various platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn
- Measuring paid Ad campaigns and web traffic (e.g., bounce rates and conversion rates)
- Support overall digital marketing strategies through content planning, execution and reporting
- Manage Website through Wordpress platform
- Assist with developing and maintaining the social media content calendar
- Assist with the development and execution of social media plans for new launches, promotions and events
- Continually stay up-to-date on new social media trends and best practices, and share them with the Digital team
- Identifying the needs of customers and also recommending new topics
- Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
- Using keyword research and SEO guidelines for the purpose of optimizing content
- Promoting content on social media and also monitoring engagement (e.g., shares and comments)
- May be required to work weekends/off-site as needed
- Perform other duties as required
- Driven by results, desire to achieve and strive for greatness
- Amicable, has the “sales” gene
- Is an expert storyteller - able to create engaging social media content that resonates with our target demographic
- Post-secondary education with a degree in Marketing, Communications, English or any other relevant field of study
- Ability to write clear, concise, creative and compelling content.
- Exceptional grammatical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Understands different social platforms and how to produce tailored content for each
- Proven video editing, motion graphics and animated content creation experience
- Experience in graphic design and photo editing
- Detail-oriented and able to produce a highly polished final product
- Capable of bridging marketing strategies with creative strategies using video advertising
- Capable of receiving creative direction and handling constructive criticism related to work
- Detailed, strong time management & organizational skills, excellent communication

**Note**:
**Salary is commensurate with experience.**

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
