Support the clinical development and education, manage inventory and equipment, and customer education programs pertinent to Medtronic defined products and technology. Support the implementation of policies and procedures and participate in all facets of clinical and operational decision-making pertaining to the programs of the organizational unit. Train and educate investigators/customers on proper use of the Medtronic product and technology.

The Account Manager will be responsible for achieving assigned commercial targets, by building and maintaining relationships with Aortic, Endovascular / peripheral vascular and Neuro Vascular (APV & NV) health-care professionals (Interventional Radiologist, Interventional Neuro-Radiologist & Vascular Surgeons) as well as purchasing and materials management personnel, hospital administration, and associated professional associations. The Account Manager will be also responsible to support APV & NV procedures, train & educates customers on proper use of products and technology he will be accountable for, as well as to increase technology and product adoption to improve patient outcomes. He will report to the Regional Sales Manager and work collaboratively with the APV & NV team, including Clinical Specialists, Marketing, Finance, and supply chain. This role will ensure strategic territory management that is aligned with the business objectives.

_Supports field personnel in providing the best possible outcomes and service for Medtronic _
- customers. _

Ø
_Partners with sales colleagues to develop and execute plans of sales for within one or more business _
- unit(s). _

Ø _Participates in conventions, forums, and meetings to increase product _awareness. _

Ø
_Works closely with Clinical Lead, Clinical Management and Regional Sales team to provide customer case and sales _
- support. _

Ø
_Identifies and facilitates execution on growth opportunities with Sales and Clinical Support _
- Team. _

Ø _Serves _as _a _technical _resource _to _support _sales _of _a _specific _medical _product _or _solution. _

Ø _Responsible for reporting complaints and Adverse Drug Reactions _(ADR)**Ø **Provide leadership and direction in all aspects of the establishment, implementation, promotion, and administration of the clinical education activities, to include assessment, curriculum planning, communications and clinical skills development, **and educational **support**:
Ø Develop and execute clinical education programs designed to enhance user competencies

Ø Cultivate close relationships with strategic business partners, including all training centers and opinion leaders

Ø Provides new employee training on products, technology and materials

Ø Assist in developing objectives, and programs for marketing and selling the Company’s products

Ø Provides nursing and/or medical expertise in the development, implementation, and case reports, journal articles and clinical reports from clinicians

Ø Plan, direct, and coordinate educational workshops, and other programs, events, and activities (Maintain contact with customers to evaluate their clinical and educational needs)

Ø Leads efforts to place speakers on podiums at key conferences

Ø Work with other departments to establish priorities for the Company direction, new product development, and customer satisfaction

Ø Education reporting requirements (Must document all clinical support and education)

Ø Conduct Monthly Business Reviews with RSM & SPM

- bachelor’s degree, or;

Ø
_Minimum 3 years of any prior professional experience, with a bachelor’s degree and currently enrolled in a certificate program from a pacing school like ATI or _
- PrepMD. _

Ø Travel required for training, customer events, symposia, field activities and case coverage

Ø On-call and travelling after hours may be required for case coverage and/or field related activities
