**Analyste, Fusions et acquisitions**

AtkinsRéalis est à la recherche d'un(e) analyste pour se joindre à l'équipe des fusions et acquisitions. L'analyste sera un membre important de l'équipe, aidant à définir les domaines de croissance stratégique et les opportunités de fusions et acquisitions afin d'accélérer la poursuite stratégiques de l'entreprise.

Nous recherchons une personne proactive, qui travaille bien sous pression et qui possède un haut niveau d'intégrité et de responsabilité.

**Votre rôle au sein de l’équipe**

Au sein de l’équipe Fusions et acquisitions, vous relèverez du Directeur, fusions et acquisitions et vous aurez à:

- Élaborer de modèles financiers selon les meilleures pratiques.
- Préparer des analyses de rentabilité et l’information financière nécessaire à l’établissement des décisions d’acquisitions, de cessions, fusions et autres initiatives stratégiques.
- Analyser les perspectives de l’industrie en recueillant des informations sur la croissance, les concurrents et les possibilités de parts de marché.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec différents départements internes (finances, légal, technologies de l’information).
- Rédiger la documentation marketing des transactions.
- Recueillir des renseignements sur le marché par une veille continue des nouvelles, publications et rapport d’analyse.
- Participer à l’examen, rédiger et donner des conseils sur les aspects financiers et commerciaux de la documentation des transactions.
- Préparer des présentations pour le comité exécutif.

**Le/la Analyste, Fusions et acquisitions recherché.e**
- Diplôme Universitaire en Finances, comptabilité ou dans une autre spécialisation pertinente.
- 1 à 3 ans d'expérience en services bancaires d’investissement, développement d’entreprises, stratégie d’entreprise ou services de conseil ou de conseil en transaction.
- Détenir le titre professionnel CFA, CPA ou CA, un aout.
- Sens développé des affaires.
- Grande flexibilité et sens de l'urgence.
- Maitrise avancée de Powerpoint et Excel.
- Maitrise d’outils en analytique, tel que Bloomberg, un atout
