**Working out of our Casselman branch, key responsibilities of this role include;**
- Working with the Director of Human Resources to develop and implement HR programs that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
- Provide advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
- Support the management team in the recruitment of all full time positions including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, KPI and career development plans.,
- Develop and implement compensation and benefits programs that are competitive and aligned with the company’s financial objectives.
- Support the implementation of employee engagement initiatives, such as the employee engagement survey and employee recognition programs
- Working with the Director of Human Resources, develop training materials and tools that support employee development.

**You bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in human resource management, Business Administration, or a related field, CHRP is considered an asset.
- Bilingual, proficient in English and French
- Three to five years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably in an entrepreneurial, high-growth environment. Experience supporting managers at a branch level an asset.
- Strong working knowledge of all areas of human resources including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits and learning and development.

- Travailler avec le directeur des ressources humaines pour développer et mettre en œuvre des programmes RH qui correspondent aux buts et objectifs de l’entreprise.
- Fournir des conseils et des orientations aux employés et aux gestionnaires sur les questions liées aux ressources humaines, y compris les relations avec les employés, la résolution des conflits et les mesures disciplinaires.
- Soutenir l’équipe de direction dans le recrutement de tous les postes à temps plein, y compris les offres d’emploi, la sélection des curriculums vitae, les entretiens et l’intégration des nouveaux employés.
- Superviser le processus de gestion des performances, y compris l’établissement d’objectifs, les évaluations des performances, les KPI et les plans de développement de carrière.,
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des programmes de rémunération et d’avantages sociaux compétitifs et alignés sur les objectifs financiers de l’entreprise.
- Soutenir la mise en œuvre d’initiatives d’engagement des employés, telles que le sondage sur l’engagement des employés et les programmes de reconnaissance des employés.
- En collaboration avec le directeur des ressources humaines, développer du matériel de formation et des outils qui soutiennent le développement des employés.

**Tu apportes**:

- Baccalauréat ou diplôme en gestion des ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe, CRHA est considéré comme un atout.
- Bilingue, maîtrise de l’anglais et du français
- Trois à cinq années d’expérience progressive en ressources humaines, de préférence dans un environnement entrepreneurial à forte croissance. Expérience en soutien aux gestionnaires au niveau d’une succursale, un atout.
- Solide connaissance pratique de tous les domaines des ressources humaines, y compris le recrutement, la gestion des performances, la rémunération et les avantages sociaux, ainsi que l’apprentissage et le développement.
