Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and customers
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers and/or members of the public accoridingly
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues with patience and empathy
- Maintain records of daily, incident, and event reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional agencies to assist with incidents.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a consistent work flow

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in Security Services is preferred.
- Knowledge of surveillance, law enforcement, loss prevention, or CCTV systems is an asset.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to make quick decisions.
- Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and composure

**Salary**: $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
