As a Vehicle Acquisitions Specialist, you'll report to the Used
Car Manager and be responsible for sourcing and acquiring quality vehicles to
meet our customers' needs. Building and nurturing relationships with suppliers,
private sellers, and other sources will be crucial to maintaining a steady
inventory flow. Your ability to negotiate favorable purchase agreements and
stay updated on market trends will be key to your success. If you're a
motivated self-starter, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**
- Source and acquire vehicles through street purchases.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers and industry contacts to secure favorable pricing and terms.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for inventory acquisition.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and pricing terms to ensure optimal value for the dealership.
- Coordinate vehicle inspections, appraisals, and transportation logistics as needed.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align inventory acquisition efforts with customer demand and dealership goals.
- Monitor inventory levels, aging, and market demand to optimize turnover and profitability.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes affecting vehicle acquisition and dealership operations.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in automotive sales, purchasing, or dealership operations preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful purchase agreements.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish lasting customer relationships.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends, market dynamics, and inventory management principles.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

**Job Details**
- Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed
- Supplemental pay types: Commission pay
- Experience: 1 year in sales preferred
- License/Certification: AMVIC preferred
- Work Location: In person
