**Primary Purpose of the Job**:

- This position will work in our Downtown Lethbridge Office from Monday to Thursday from 9:30AM-3:30PM. _

**Reports to**: Admission Specialist ELCP
- **Duties and Responsibilities**:_

**Student Support & Application Management**:

- Coordinate and schedule student interviews, program orientations, and other relevant meetings
- Providing schedules and sending the templates for each program
- Respond to student inquiries in a time sensitive manner and offer support as they transition through the student aid process

**Data & Reporting**:

- Accurate data entry once intake is done and all enrolment forms are returned to ensure data is correct in ZOHO & Moodle
- Perusing, editing and correcting all documents received for enrolment registrations
- Enter and maintain accurate records in Moodle for registered students

**Ad Hoc**:

- Assist Pearson Vue Test Centre, if applicable
- Assist Students and Clients in Resource Area, if applicable
- **Qualifications**:_
- Proven experience in administration, or a related field
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
- Familiarity with the student admissions process is an asset
- Flexible and adaptable
- Technically proficient in: MS 365, Adobe, Gmail, Zoom, Zoho CRM or Current CRM Applications
- Database Entry, report generation and documentation
- Experience with business processes
- Accurate typing of 50 wpm

- Computer software competency and ability to develop skills as required
- Experience with database entry and use

- Customer service focus balanced with business goal achievement

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
