As we continue to grow and delight our guests with unique culinary experiences, we are seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our team and ensure the smooth and successful operation of our establishment.

We are currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our restaurant's operations and uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional hospitality and culinary excellence. As the leader of our team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, driving revenue growth, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining financial records to ensure profitability and efficiency.
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth, increase customer satisfaction, and enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales trends, labor costs, and guest feedback, and take proactive measures to address any issues or areas for improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and licensing requirements to maintain a safe and sanitary dining environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner, striving to resolve issues and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu offerings, special promotions, and seasonal menus that appeal to our target audience and showcase our unique fusion cuisine.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local partners to negotiate favorable terms and secure high-quality ingredients and services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities, and adapt strategies accordingly to stay ahead of the curve and maintain a competitive edge.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry, with a track record of success in driving business growth and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team and lead by example.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on fostering positive relationships with guests, staff, and stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including financial management, budgeting, and inventory control, as well as knowledge of relevant software and systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required, with a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day operations and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
