- About the roleAs ATB’s next Strategy Analyst, you will be a catalyst in analyzing, connecting and translating insights to enable and support our working and leadership teams to make value based decisions.

You have demonstrated exceptional talent in the analysis, support and management of strategic initiatives to ensure return on investment and achievement of company vision and overall strategy. You will work cross functionally across the business to guide various teams through value based frameworks which will help the CXT (Client Experience and Technology) team be successful in our short and medium term outcomes on our way to supporting the delivery of ATB’s 2030 strategy.

As a team member with the Reporting, Insights and Performance Team at ATB, you can expect:

- Each week, month and quarter will require you to build on what you've learned previously as we’re learning, iterating and making big steps towards our vision of executing our 2030 Strategy.

Accountabilities- Support the development and roll-out of analysis, methodologies and frameworks related to data driven decision making, benefits tracking, and other related processes
- Analyze various datasets to derive actionable insights and support decision making processes
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and facilitate discussions to ensure alignment
- Work closely with various partners and stakeholders to facilitate the establishment of performance metrics and ensure they are aligned with value realization goals
- Integrate feedback from stakeholders and use it to refine strategies and processes for better alignment with business objectives
- Keep abreast of of industry trends, regulatory changes, and economic factors that may impact strategies
- The ability to work with a blank slate, often times navigating in ambiguity and working to find solutions without a proven path always laid out in front of you

Skills, experience & requirements- Experience in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proficiency in data analysis, metrics reporting and data reporting, visualization and dashboarding tools
- Financial management of budgets and revenue modeling and financial analytics
- Familiarity with workforce planning strategies, including capacity planning and resource allocation.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex information clearly and concisely.
