BC Mail Plus (BCMP) operates a fully cost-recoverable program, establishing policies and standards for the efficient management of government mail. Customers include government ministries, boards, agencies, commissions, crown corporations and publicly funded organizations.

Supply Services (SS) generates revenue in excess of $120 million annually, and relies on a reputation for service quality and relevancy to develop and retain the majority of this business. BCMP has annual revenues of $35 million, and the actions of the Manager, Business Operations and Client Support are key to ensuring that the products and services offered remain consistent with the ever-changing needs of a diverse customer base; that time and funds invested in development of new customer and new service offerings are well spent; and that existing and potential customers are properly informed about, and can efficiently access, all products and services.

The Manager, Business Operations and Client Support creates marketing materials/information, works with new and existing clients to use the services BCMP provides, leads projects to coordinate internal workstreams and applicable divisional services for high profile and or high dollar value jobs for Ministry and Broader Public Sector customers as required.

**Job Requirements**:

- Accreditation in Project Management or equivalent and 2 years of experience, **OR**:

- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
- A minimum of five (5) years customer service experience, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships
- A minimum of three (3) years supervisory/leadership experience
- A minimum of two (2) years administrative experience or combination of administrative education and/or training and experience
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in Marketing and/ or business development

Willingness Statement:

- Travel to Victoria may be required.
