HR Planning, Modernization and Corporate Services acts as a support function for the BC Public Service Agency, providing expertise to deliver on new products, processes, and the management of the HR services agreement. The services provided by the division are aimed at continuously improving the PSA’s ability to deliver services to the BC Public Service as an employer.

**Job Requirements**:

- An equivalent combination of education, training and *related experience may be considered:

- A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a field related to the program area and a minimum of 2 years of related experience; **OR**:

- A diploma in business administration or a field related to the program area and 3 years related experience; **OR**:

- A certificate or coursework in business administration or a field related to the program area and 4 years related experience; **OR**

Related work experience includes the following:

- A minimum of 2 years experience working collaboratively with various stakeholders on changes to business processes.

Preference may be given to applicants with the following:

- Experience in organizational change management.
- Experience in stakeholder relations and/or client management.
- Experience with contract management, outsourcing, or alternative service delivery.
