**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Procurement Operations: Execute end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, supplier selection, negotiation, and contract management. Collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and provide timely support in procuring goods and services.
- Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers, monitor their performance, and conduct periodic evaluations. Identify opportunities for vendor consolidation and negotiate favorable terms to achieve cost savings and operational efficiency.
- Budget Compliance: Work closely with the Finance team to ensure that procurement activities align with budgetary constraints. Monitor spending, review purchase requisitions, and track expenses to maintain financial discipline.
- Bookkeeping Integration: Utilize financial expertise to accurately record and reconcile procurement transactions. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure proper allocation of expenses and maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and payments.
- Cost Analysis: Perform cost analysis on procurement activities to identify areas for cost reduction, process improvement, and optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement these improvements.
- Process Improvement: Continuously review and enhance procurement processes to streamline workflows, reduce lead times, and improve overall efficiency. Identify automation opportunities and contribute to the implementation of procurement tools and systems.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Stay up-to-date with relevant industry regulations and best practices to ensure a compliant and ethical procurement process.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
- Proven experience in procurement or supply chain management with exposure to accounting functions.
- Solid understanding of procurement principles, vendor management, and cost analysis.
- Proficiency in using procurement and financial software/tools.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording and reconciling financial transactions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and time management skills.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office-first hybrid work model. This position will be expected to work onsite a minimum of 2 days per week or as required based on business needs.
