**Job Title: Event Decor Installer/Remover**

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Event Decor Installer/Remover to join our dynamic team. As an integral part of our event production process, you will be responsible for ensuring that our decor elements are installed and removed efficiently and with the utmost care, helping to bring our clients' visions to life.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with our design team to understand the specific requirements and vision for each event.
- Safely transport decor items to event venues.
- Set up and install decor elements, including but not limited to floral arrangements, backdrops, lighting fixtures, table settings, and props.
- Ensure that all decor elements are arranged according to the design plan and meet our quality standards.
- Coordinate with venue staff and other vendors to facilitate smooth installation and removal processes.
- Break down and remove decor items from event venues promptly after the conclusion of events.
- Pack and organize decor items for safe transportation back to our warehouse.
- Assist with inventory management and maintenance of decor items as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in event setup, decor installation, or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to execute design plans accurately.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- Able to drive 16 foot box truck
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Seasonal

**Salary**: $19.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
