Our three companies (Cybertech Automation, Cybertech Industrial Software, and Cybertech USA) operate as one, where sharing of knowledge, resources, and working together is our strength.

**Responsibilities**
- Set up all new projects in the accounting system
- Add team members to the respective projects
- Organize, track and monitor project contracts
- Assist in PO creation for material requests
- Support material management with material receiving entry against POs
- Assist in recording new clients into the accounting system and ensure that submitted information is accurate and in compliance with vendor contracts.
- Coordinate with managers to obtain contract support documents and electronically file executed contracts.
- Review employee timesheets and expenses for accuracy and assist Accounting team with the preparation of weekly payroll.
- Track unbilled hours and project available budget.
- Weekly review of aging work in progress.
- File contracts in appropriate folders.
- Support with gathering and combining all backup documentation required for daily, weekly, monthly Client Reporting
- Answer all incoming inquiries regarding projects.
- Review of completed weekly timesheets for accuracy
- Document filing and maintenance, in accordance with company and industry standard.
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Post-Secondary education in accounting, finance or relevant field is preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' experience with billing and/or accounting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle a large volume of data entry while maintaining data integrity.
- Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities; capable of handling pressure and challenges in a dynamic business environment.
- Ability to work within tight deadlines and prioritization of work to achieve them
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
