arts Planner *_position on the _*Day Shift *_and be a part of our exciting journey *Job purpose* Responsible for screening CMMS work orders, auditing equipment to document work requirements and quality, estimate labor hours, materials, tools, and equipment for all assigned work orders to support a proactive, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) program. *Duties and Responsibilities* The associate’s primary functions and responsibilities are as follows:
- Review, analyze, plan, forecast, and purchase spare parts and accessories required to support maintenance activities related to PM’s and internal work Orders.
- Keep the CMMS inventory stock count updated and make sure the technicians using the parts are updated in FIIX, for dedicated locations.
- Order and keep an inventory of tools, supplies and parts needed for various types of equipment.
- Review, analyze, plan, forecast, and purchase parts, accessories, and stands to support our customer orders.
- Generate weekly and monthly demand forecasts and provide the information to Group and other manufacturers/suppliers to ensure an adequate pipeline of material is available to support the business.
- Purchase spare parts and accessories from Group, manufacturers, and authorized vendors.
- Monitor, track, and expedite purchase orders to meet our requirements.
- Coordinate inbound shipments, review/authorize freight methods, monitor shipments, customs clearance, and receipt.
- Control and monitor all parts stocked and received at dedicated locations.
- Assist and supervise the annual Physical Inventory count for spare parts and accessories.
- Create/maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Participate in weekly & monthly meetings.
- Cycle Counting
- Perform other assigned duties.
- Follow Health and Safety rules and regulations.
- Must follow ood anufacturing ractices, Food Safety, and Food Defense guidelines.
- Comply with all Company policies and procedures. *Qualifications*
- Degree required in a technical field and 1 - 3 years of maintenance scheduling / planning experience and/or 5 - 10 years as a machine repair technician, or equivalent combination of both.
- Experience in an industrial environment preferred.
- Electrical/mechanical aptitude preferred.
- Familiarity with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (SAP preferred).
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook.
- Project management and capital project experience preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. *Working conditions*
