PROFILE SUMMARY

The Support Analyst is responsible to monitor, document, triage, troubleshoot, and respond or escalate incoming requests related to IT issues via in-person, telephone, or remote access. This roll supports all devices and software ensuring optimal workplace performance and providing end-user assistance where required.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Monitor, document, triage, troubleshoot, and respond or escalate incoming requests related to IT issues via in-person, telephone, or remote access.
- Provide support for all JML (Joiners, Movers, & Leavers) processes including the set up, install, and configuration of all devices.
- Create, maintain, and update IT documentation within SharePoint including knowledgebase articles, standard operating procedures and general technical documentation.
- Document and monitor all IT assets including desktops, laptops, monitors, and printer across all sites.
- Ensure effective communication between the desktop support team and the rest of the IT organization, including status reports of projects and/or systems issues

QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- Overall 3 years of experience required
- Experience with troubleshooting PC hardware issues and repairing desktop and laptops
- Experience with installing software, patches, and system updates on desktops, laptops
- Basic hands-on Smartphone support for iOS devices
- Experience with troubleshooting basic network, software, printing problems
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills both verbal and written
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure with mínimal supervision
- Strong knowledge of operating systems including Windows 7, Windows 10, MacOS, IGEL
- Strong Knowledge of O365 and Office Suites

EXPECTED COMPENSATION
- The expected salary range for this role is $65,000 - $75,000 per annum. Actual offered salary will depend on individual experience, qualifications, geographic location, market conditions for the role, and internal equity.
