The Browns Maintenance team is looking for a highly motivated Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator to receive and process requests as well as assist the Building and Store Maintenance Manager with the upkeep of their head office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive service requests from stores related to plumbing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, furniture, AV equipment, water care, signage and cleaning amongst others.
- Track requests, prepare purchase orders for such repairs, communicate with various trades and verify invoices
- Communicate all repairs and service calls with the stores.
- Coordinate the relamping of our stores, maintain our lighting inventory and respond and fulfill monthly lighting requests.
- Assist the Building Maintenance Manager with head office requests all other ongoing projects related to building maintenance.

**Qualifications**:

- Work experience as a Facilities Coordinator or similar role (2 years)
- Construction background (an asset)
- Knowledge of Excel and Word
- Bilingual French / English
- Service Oriented
- Detail Oriented
- Autonomous
- Able to coordinate several requests simultaneously and to prioritize
- Resourceful
- Eager to learn

L'équipe de la maintenance de Browns est à la recherche d'un(e) coordonnateur(trice) des facilités et de la maintenance très motivé(e) pour recevoir et traiter les demandes ainsi que pour aider le Gestionnaire de la maintenance des magasins et bâtiment à assurer l'entretien de leur siège social.

**Responsabilités**:

- Recevoir les demandes de service des magasins concernant la plomberie, le HVAC, l'électricité, la plomberie, le mobilier, l'équipement AV, l'entretien de l'eau, la signalisation et le nettoyage, entre autres.
- Suivre les demandes, préparer les bons de commande pour ces réparations, communiquer avec les différents corps de métier et vérifier les factures.
- Communiquer toutes les réparations et les appels de service avec les magasins.
- Coordonner le relampage de nos magasins, maintenir notre inventaire d'éclairage et répondre aux demandes mensuelles d'éclairage.
- Aider le responsable de l'entretien des bâtiments à répondre aux demandes du siège social et à tous les autres projets en cours liés à l'entretien des bâtiments.

**Qualifications**:

- Expérience professionnelle en tant que coordonnateur(trice) des installations ou rôle similaire (2 ans).
- Expérience dans le domaine de la construction (un atout)
- Connaissance d'Excel et de Word
- Bilingue français/anglais
- Orienté vers le service
- Souci du détail
- Autonomie
- Capable de coordonner plusieurs demandes simultanément et d'établir des priorités.
- Ingénieux
- Désireux d'apprendre
