We are a boutique Anti-Money Laundering and Compliance Solutions service provider that works with major financial institutions across the world. We are a growing organization, headquartered in Brossard. We are looking to attract a highly motivated, positive, and responsible individual that will complement our existing team.

Scope of Responsibilities:
The Compliance Analyst will play a key role as part of the Compliance Department, by ensuring that all necessary transactions are processed in a timely manner and by supporting the department with respect to key external communications. The Compliance Analyst may assist investigators and other officers on the team.

The Compliance Analyst’s primary duties will involve Customer Due Diligence, transaction monitoring, daily reviews of sanctions and adverse media, information gathering, and report writing.
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly in English to work with our international partners
- Ability to communicate effectively in French
- At least one year’s experience working with Microsoft Excel (Knowledge of functions, formulas, and pivot tables)
- Strong computer literacy
- Knowledge of anti-money laundering regulations in Canada and Quebec
- Knowledge of corporate structures
- Knowledge of WIREs, EFTs, and Currency Conversions
- Knowledge of Fraud and AML typologies

Experience in one or more of the following:

- Transaction monitoring
- KYC Document Verification (Business and Personal)
- Sanctions and Adverse Media Monitoring
