Bookkeeper - Full Time

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented bookkeeper to join our team. The bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing accounts payable and receivable, and generating financial reports to assist management in making informed decisions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Record and classify all financial transactions of the company
- Maintain accurate financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other financial statements
- Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure they match the company's books
- Generate financial reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, to help management make informed decisions
- Manage the company's accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing customers, tracking payments, and ensuring that bills are paid on time
- Assist with creating and managing budgets and forecasts for the company
- Communicate with clients and vendors to resolve issues or answer questions related to financial transactions
- Assist with other financial tasks as needed
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero)
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is preferred
