**Accounting Manager**

**This is a full-time position.**

**Requirements**:

- Two or more years of public accounting experience.
- A strong understanding of compilation, review and audit engagements.
- A strong understanding of corporate and personal tax.
- Bookkeeping knowledge / experience.
- GST / HST knowledge / experience.
- Investment company record keeping for high-net-worth clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in owner-managed businesses, charities, and not-for-profit organizations.
- Proficiency in CaseWare, CCH iFirm/Taxprep/Profile and Microsoft Office.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare client assurance and non-assurance engagements.
- Assist with client record keeping.
- Prepare working papers, year end financial statements and corporate tax returns for large corporate groups, in accordance with firm standards, for owner-managed and not-for-profit clients in a wide variety of industries, both independently and in a team environment.
- Prepare T1 personal tax returns.
