## Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Host/Hostess. As a Host/Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing them with a warm welcome and ensuring they have an exceptional dining experience. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

## Duties:

- Greet guests as they arrive and seat them at their tables
- Provide menus to guests and assist with any questions or special requests
- Manage the waitlist and estimate wait times accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess station
- Answer phone calls, take reservations and takeout orders
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests
- Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and empathy

## Experience:

- Previous experience in a hotel, restaurant, or food service setting is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A friendly and positive attitude towards guests and team members

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $16.55 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
