**_ About You:_**

You are a talented professional looking for a career, not a job. Reporting to the Manager, IT, you will provide front line support to the Propel team. You will manage a service desk providing full-scope IT support for the setup, maintenance, troubleshooting and provisioning of IT software and hardware.

**Responsibilities**
- Implement platform level security in accordance with corporate security policies and processes and participate in scheduled security compliance audits
- Maintain documentation covering systems that the IT Infrastructure team supports, including but not limited to servers / system software, System Standards, Operations procedures, etc.
- Participate in regular tests (i.e., yearly) of our Data Centre disaster recovery plan (DRP) that meets applicable business and regulatory requirements
- Adhere to all corporate IT policies, practices and procedures as required. This includes information security, change control and other related policies
- Provide support to other IT corporate systems and regional teams as needed by acting as Level 3 support for all assigned problems
- Collaborate with other IT and business teams in troubleshooting critical incidents
- Ensure all system problems are logged and tracked in accordance with problem management procedures. Participate in trend / root cause analysis and correction
- Ensure all support tickets are assigned and completed within agreed upon service levels

**Requirements**:

- College diploma/certification in technology
- 5+ Years Windows System Administration experience
- 5+ Years Azure Administration experience
- 5+ Years of experience with Microsoft 365 platform including Exchange Online, Endpoint Manager, Defender, SharePoint/OneDrive, etc.
- Knowledge of PowerShell
- Knowledge of Windows Server 2016+
- Knowledge of ADDS, GPO and DNS
- Knowledge of DFS shares and ISS
- Knowledge of VMware and Azure
- Knowledge of diagnostic tools, such as Perfmon and Sysinternal
- Knowledge of JAMF, KACE
- Knowledge of development/scripting tools (an asset)
- Knowledge of ITIL processes (an asset)
- Independent speaker, intermediate knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with (language)-speaking partners, members and/or clients
- Experience updating server documentation.
- Experience supporting storage (i.e., Dell) would be an asset.
- Experience supporting Network (Dell SonicWall, FortiClient, Switches, etc.) environment would be a great asset.
- Must be able to work proficiently in an unsupervised manner.
- After hour system changes, monthly maintenance roll-out and on call support is required (must be available - evenings and weekend)
