**Summary**: The IT Systems Administrator provides expert level knowledge to both support the existing cloud (AZURE) and on prem environments and can lead initiatives. **The System Administrator must have strong knowledge of and be an expert in the Azure platform including maintenance, managing operational costs and deployment of new products and services within Azure.** This is a critical role which will require the ability to handle multiple competing priorities, resources, and stakeholders. Hands on experience managing other service providers and vendor escalations. It is also expected this role will contribute to define and evolve best practices, processes, and policy execution.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Management of all Accord platforms
- Ownership of all server environments including on prem and cloud (Azure)
- Expert Level knowledge on administration of Azure platform, cost management and license management
- Implementation of best practices for Active Directory, Azure AD, Azure AD Connect
- Understanding of various Azure products and solutions.
- Ownership and Maintenance of M365 environment including Microsoft Endpoint Manager (InTune)
- Management of AutoPilot, device policies, security policies using Microsoft Endpoint Manager (InTune)
- Configuration of SSO
- Ownership of corporate networking including VPN, DHCP, DNS, Cisco Meraki
- Implementation and maintenance of security best practices
- Daily management of all internal systems
- Participation in governance activities related to SOX, SOC and PCI
- Be the escalation point for Help Desk and handle complex requests and problems raised
- Ensure the availability, security, and sustainability of Accord’s IT platform
- Administrate, monitor, troubleshoot, evaluate, and assess corporate assets, equipment and infrastructure
- Proactively identify improvement opportunities to achieve execution excellence and cost optimization
- Facilitate and coordinate with server providers, MSPs, vendors, SaaS platforms, etc. to address use cases and scenarios
- Hands on technical tasks including but not limited to user administration (authentication and authorization), information security management, cloud (MS Azure) configuration, physical components support
- Create/maintain support documentation, perform routine systems conformance/capacity validation.
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders, end users and delivery partner
- Analyze and document business & technical specifications for problem tickets, incidents and system change requests
- Establish and maintain technical knowledge base
- Provide consultative insights and advice on business and technical problems
- Lead small enhance projects and support large projects
- Be a team player, be an advocate on IT Ops excellence

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Over 8 years of functional experience as a System Administrator required
- Expertise and experience in the following areas
- MS Technologies including but not limited to Azure, Active Directory, Azure AD, SharePoint, M365
- Network technologies (DHCP, DNS, VPN, IPsec)
- Change management, incident management and problem management
- Disaster recovery and business continuity
- Infrastructure and network management
- Configuration management
- Experience with modern workspace management, mobile device management, remote monitoring and management
- Passionate in technology trends and challenging the status quo
- Ability to balance among maintainability, sustainability and practicality
- Ability to work effectively independently (self-starter) as well as within a team environment
- Knowledge of project management principles, framework and techniques is a nice to have

**Experience**: Required
- 8 year(s): 8 plus years of experience as a System Administrator required

**Education**: Required
- Bachelor's degree or better in Information Technology or related field
