Our team at Atlantic Roofers Ltd. is currently hiring experienced Commercial Roofers for our branch in the Dartmouth area starting immediately.

**Duties may include, but are not limited to**:

- Instruct apprentices, supervise fellow tradespersons in construction activities
- Install, replace or repair all types of roofing systems including, but not limited to, BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM and TPO systems
- Safely operate a variety of handheld tools such as cordless drills, grinders, cut off saws, etc.
- Understanding of safe work practices and job procedures
- Participate in safety toolbox meetings
- A knowledge of installation of metal flashings would be an asset, but not a requirement

**Other requirements for this role may include**:

- Minimum of 4+ years working in Commercial/Industrial Roofing
- Ability to work at heights
- Ability to work well in outdoor elements in a team environment
- Willingness to learn new tasks
- Ability to adapt to change
- Attention to detail, strong communication skills
- Knowledge in the safe use of fall protection equipment and PPE
- Minimum of 6 years driving experience required along with clean driving abstract and insurance clearance for use of a company vehicle
