The Marketing / Creative Services Manager is responsible for the creative and content strategy of East Penn Canada, including implementation and oversight of all marketing, sales support, and communication services provided to their customers/clients. In this role, the Marketing / Creative Services Manager will implement policies, processes and standards that reinforce the organizations brand strategies and quality goals. This individual will manage and lead the development of creative briefs and utilize design methodologies that meet the business objectives and timelines of the organization and stakeholders. The individual is responsible for developing and maintaining content and tools to support the end-to-end customer sales and/or the East Penn Canada employee experience.

**In this senior level role, the Marketing / Creative Services Manager will**:

- Provide leadership and support to the Creative Services team
- Ensuring the appropriate structures, systems, competencies, and values are developed in order to meet the goals of the creative services strategy
- Provide project management oversight for all initiatives and projects within the creative services team
- Support various teams across the organization by developing high quality content that aligns to the East Penn Canada brand as well as the business strategies and objectives
- Manage and support the creation of a variety of engaging sales enablement and employee engagement content, including (but not limited to) articles, reports, whitepapers, blogs, social content, brochures, booklets, marketing assets, video/audio scripts, web copy, ads, infographics, webinars, videos, podcasts, campaigns, and other types of content
- Manage and/or oversee/support the design, development and maintenance of content contained on East Penn Canada’s corporate website and all social media channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Google My Business, YouTube.
- Ensure integrity of all company related communication standards, including consistent corporate image and adherence to brand guidelines across all outputs
- Leverage analytics to build creative strategies, build awareness and increase/retain customer engagement (both internal & external customers)

**What you’ll need**:

- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Content Development or Communications
- 5 to 7 years marketing experience in a B2B environment, with a proven track record of success in senior Creative Services roles
- Previous experience managing a creative high performing team
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing plans, programs and strategies
- Automotive after-market or industrial sales environment is not required but is preferred
- Strong creative and analytical skills with ability to solve problems both independently and collaboratively.
- Demonstrated capacity to develop big picture strategy and implement with a high level of detail and accuracy.
- Excellent writing (in both digital and traditional space), proofreading and editing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), with the ability to influence and interact effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Flexible work style which adjusts to multiple demands within a changing and fast-paced environment.
- Respect for deadlines and demonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and pressure.
