**Job Summary**
The Marketing Assistant is an administrative support role in the Partnership Solutions department. This position actively supports our program managers to meet deadlines and provide deliverables to our clients. This position is a 6 month term (term length negotiable) with lots of opportunity to move into a program manager role.
**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with various departments to solve bottlenecks
- Support process documentation
- Support program managers in coordinating client meetings
- Create and maintain client presentation decks
- Brief content creators on upcoming projects
- Additional administrative support
**Required Experience & Skills**
Must-Have:
- Legally able to work in Canada
- Perusing or completed College Degree - Communications, Arts, Marketing, or Business preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Process-oriented
- Able to look at a task ahead from multiple viewpoints
- Adaptable and resilient
- Solution-focused & cool under pressure
