**Here's how you will contribute to the success of the company**

The mission of our Project Management Office (PMO) is to ensure excellence in the delivery of our clients' projects. You'll contribute to this objective by managing the project lifecycle in alignment with the PMI lifecycle standards.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Leading multiple projects simultaneously, while creating and maintaining project/program dashboards and documentation (e.g., task tracking, risk register, assumptions, dependencies, budget, resources).
- Leading the planning, organization and management of project activities.
- Ensuring projects remain on track for timely delivery by identifying risks early on.
- Providing regular project updates on scope, budget and timeline, and escalating issues as necessary.

**Here's what you need to have and master to succeed in this role**:

- Strong leadership and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in both French and English.
- Outstanding soft skills including communication, teamwork, critical thinking, adaptability and resourcefulness.
- Business mindset focused on achieving success through goals, perseverance, and a positive and open attitude, with strong analytical skills.
- College/University degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- PMP certification or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in project management and/or program management.
- Proficiency with Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Experience in change management is an asset.
- Agile project management certifications (CSM, etc.) are an asset.
