Job Overview:


As a Senior Technical Project Manager at QNetwork, you will be responsible for leading complex technical projects from conception to completion. You will play a crucial role in planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with company goals and coordinate various managers and technical personnel during all project phases.
  • Oversee all aspects of project coordination (Planning, Budgeting, Execution) ensuring that requirements are met and deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
  • Manage project stakeholders and communicate project status, issues, and successes.
  • Work with technical leads to address and resolve technical hurdles.
  • Ensure project objectives/requirements are clear and agreed upon by all stakeholders.
  • Manage risks and issues, taking corrective measurements when necessary.
  • Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules.
  • Prepare status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum [Specify Years] years of project management experience in a technical field, including experience leading large-scale projects.
  • Strong understanding of software development and web technologies.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in managing projects in AI or Cloud Computing domains.
  • Technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
