Sales and Marketing Executive

**Job Overview**: The Sales and Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling our EMR software solutions to healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and other relevant healthcare organizations in the Canadian market. This role will require a combination of sales expertise, healthcare industry knowledge, and marketing skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Market Research and Strategy**:
Conduct market research to identify healthcare trends, competitor analysis, and target customer profiles.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for the Canadian EMR market.
**Lead Generation and Prospecting**:
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients.
**Sales Presentations and Demos**:
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our EMR software.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
**Client Relationship Management**:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
Provide excellent customer service to existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
**Sales Targets**:
Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals set for the Canadian market.
**Marketing Campaigns**:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, and social media.
Create compelling marketing materials specifically tailored to the Canadian market.
**Product Knowledge**:
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and enhancements in the EMR software.
Be well-versed in the compliance and regulatory requirements of the Canadian healthcare industry.
**Reporting**:
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights to the management team.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record in sales and marketing, with a minimum of 4 years of experience in the healthcare or healthcare IT industry.
- Strong understanding of the Canadian healthcare landscape, including regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
**Additional Requirements**:
- Knowledge of EMR software and healthcare IT solutions is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the specific needs and challenges of healthcare providers in Canada.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
**Salary**: $40,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
