**About Bodegoes**:
At Bodegoes Restaurants, we're proud of our unique menu inspired by street foods from around the world, and we're looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team at the Ballpark location. **Responsibilities**:

- Support daily operations to ensure high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
- Play an active role on the line, including noodle stir-frys and deep fryer tasks.
- Manage cash and perform end-of-day cash balancing.
- Transport resources back to the base location (Cityplace) after every game.
- Lead the team by maintaining speed of service and ensuring staff well-being.
- Conduct pre-game setup, inventory checks, and assign end-of-shift responsibilities.
- Step in as the full manager when required, with a $2 per hour bonus for these responsibilities.
- Be present at every game, ready to address challenges and ensure smooth operations.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Ensure adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- Monitor staff performance, providing feedback to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- Engage in community events, enhancing the restaurant's local presence.

**Schedule**:

- This position is based on the Goldeyes home game schedule, which is set through the end of summer. The full schedule is known in advance, allowing for predictable planning and flexibility outside of game days.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Strong problem-solving skills, customer service excellence, and attention to detail.
- Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- A passion for food and a commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences.

**Salary**: $16.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
