**Assistant Manager - Bodegoes Ballpark Location**

At Bodegoes Restaurants, we're passionate about our unique menu inspired by global street foods, and we're seeking an **Assistant Manager** for our Ballpark location. We value a straightforward, customer-focused approach, delivering great food and service while supporting our team's growth and success.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Daily Operations**: Support daily operations to ensure high-quality food and exceptional customer service.
- **Hands-On Line Work**: Play an active role on the line, especially with noodle stir-frys, maintaining consistent speed and quality.
- **Lead by Example**: Set the tone for each shift through proactive leadership, creating a positive, efficient working environment.
- **Pre-Game Setup**: Oversee pre-game setup, including inventory checks and assigning end-of-shift responsibilities.
- **Inventory & Ordering**: Manage inventories, ensure accurate stock levels, and handle ordering to maintain seamless operations.
- **End-of-Shift Duties**:

- Transport supplies and cash deposits back to the base Cityplace location after every game (personal transportation is ideal).
- Balance tills at the end of each night.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- **Health & Safety**: Ensure strict adherence to health and safety guidelines.
- **Staff Performance**: Monitor staff performance, providing constructive feedback to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
- **Community Engagement**: Participate in community events to enhance the restaurant’s local presence.

**Qualifications**:

- **Hospitality Experience**: Experience in hospitality or the restaurant industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills, customer service excellence, and attention to detail.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility and a willingness to work in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.
- **Passion for Food**: A genuine passion for food and commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Pay: From $16.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
