**Position Summary**

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic marketing professional who can help us deliver value for the business through integrated sales, marketing and communications programs.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role within the Broker Marketing & Communications team for Canada’s leading property and casualty insurer. A strong knowledge of digital channels and metrics, attention to detail, and a can-do attitude are critical for your success. In turn, you’ll receive plenty of opportunities to flex your skills and grow professionally within a fast-paced, dynamic and agile working environment - with a supportive team that likes to stop every once in a while and have a good laugh.

**Here are some ways you’ll make a difference**:

- Manage the editorial calendar and act as air traffic controller, ensuring that we deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time
- Monitor campaign and channel KPIs; present reports to project leads, management team and internal stakeholders on an ongoing basis
- Use your project management skills to anticipate needs and corral your stakeholders to ensure deadlines are met

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of marketing fundamentals
- Creative, flexible, and solution-oriented when faced with challenges
- At ease working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities
- A self-admitted perfectionist with strong attention to detail
- Top-notch interpersonal skills; able to build rapport with individuals at all levels of the organization

**Qualifications**
- ** University degree in Marketing, Business **or related discipline is required
- A **minimum of three years of professional experience in marketing, advertising, communications, project management **or a related field is required
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, social media, popular CRM systems, and analytics platforms including Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics and Power BI is preferred
- Experience in P&C insurance and B2B marketing are strong assets
- Fluency in English is required; fluency in French is a nice-to-have
