**Duties**:
Answering phone calls

Scheduling appointments & organizing calendar

Reviewing handymen weekly worksheets

Invoicing customers, following up with unpaid balances

Processing/reviewing transactions

General administrative duties

**Requirements**:
Great english verbal & written commination

Service oriented

Computer skills (Excel, Quickbooks, Microsoft)

Organization skills

Office is located at Sheppard/Allen Rd

Parking space available

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
