**Position**: Marketing & Promotion Specialist

**Location**: Remote / Laval, Quebec (flexible, depending on the collaborator’s preferences)

**About Us**: Technoaccord Inc. is an innovative company in the field of robotics and automation. Our current project involves launching a robotics school dedicated to students and adults (16+ years old). Our school offers specialized courses for programming industrial robots, collaborative robots, and CNC machines.

We are seeking a marketing specialist to help promote these courses and attract technology and robotics enthusiasts.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create and implement a marketing strategy to attract students.
- Promote the school through online (and offline, if applicable) channels.
- Manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads).
- Collaborate with the team to create promotional materials (flyers, banners, posts).
- Identify and contact potential partners for promotion (e.g., schools, community organizations, industry companies).

**Financial Offer**:

- Base salary plus commission**:10% of the revenue generated from students attracted.**:

- Example: For a student paying 2,000 CAD, you will receive a commission of 200 CAD.
- Progressive commission for exceptional results:

- 10% for the first 10 students attracted per month.
- 12% for the next 10 students.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in digital marketing and promotion.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in both English and French (courses will be offered in parallel groups for both languages).
- Previous experience in promoting educational projects (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of robotics or technology (an advantage).
- Your resume.
- A brief summary of your marketing experience.
- A concise proposal on how you would promote our robotics courses.
