**Ticketing Event Coordinator at MicroSpec Systems Inc.**

We are looking for a Ticketing Coordinator for our B2C division, to work with a set of clients on their ticketing site builds and coordinate the onsite component of their event for box office sales and ticket scanning. This position travels to work at events across the U.S. and Canada.

The ticketing coordinator is responsible for all aspects of ticketing while working as part of a team of coordinators. Tasks include:

- 20%: Lead all onsite operations of ticket selling across Canada and the U.S. which includes the setup and maintenance of routers, switches, internet wires, power wires, box office terminals, and ticket scanning hardware. Train, monitor and supervise onsite staff for accuracy and professionalism
- Other duties assigned by the Ticketing Department Lead

The following skills will encourage success on our team:

- Comfortable with computer hardware/software
- Strong in Google Suite
- Excellent use of the English language, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service skills - both on the phone and in person
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position to a project coordinator
- Above-average attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize deadlines
- Ability to multitask between events effortlessly
- Natural customer service focus
- Strong math skills are required
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment

**Requirements**:

- Two or more years of customer service experience, event experience is preferred
- Read, write, and speak English clearly and professionally (French is an asset)
- You are physically fit and active and can spend long periods walking, standing, kneeling, sitting, stretching, carrying 25lbs as required, and pushing 500lbs crates on wheels
- You are double vaccinated to access venues across North America and can show proof of vaccination
- You have a valid passport, and you are happy to travel to Toronto, Ottawa, Montreal, Vancouver, New York and other destinations across North America to install, manage, and tear down onsite registration, ticketing and lead retrieval services
- You can provide a 5-year certified driver's record from the Government of Ontario
- Reliable working vehicle to get to and from shows
- Onsite work at events are long days, evenings, weekends, STAT holidays, etc (this is the nature of the show industry)
