**Job Description**:
We are looking for a **Lead Project Manager** to join us, and work within our customer in the rail industry. The missions:

- Define and maintain the Project Time Management Plan based on inputs from all stakeholders and keep it updated.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings with the project planner's community and the core team using the 'obeya' approach.
- Develop the project schedule using internal standard, contractual targets, and information provided by stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Finance Project Manager to implement Earned Value Management techniques.
- Propose the project baseline and ensure its acceptance internally and by the Customer.
- Ensure consistency of commitments among internal and external stakeholders and manage schedule interfaces.
- Conduct schedule analysis and trade-offs to address identified gaps or schedule issues.
- Organize and lead regular project schedule sessions.
- Provide timely updates on the schedule, highlighting deviations from the baseline.
- Proactively identify potential delays and critical paths, including assessing risks and margin related to the schedule.
- Prepare schedule and progress reports for Customers, Lead Unit, or Partners.
- Support the Project Core Team on any issues related to the project schedule.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 5 years of relevant experience
- Background in project management, preferably in the rail industry
- Fluency in both French and English
- Expertise in Primavera P6 and knowledge of Planisware
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfort in an international and multicultural environment is important, along with clear leadership skills to mobilize the core team and engage different internal and external stakeholders
