As a Front Desk Receptionists/Admin Assistant you are responsible for maintaining a positive front office, compiling and submitting data and other information, and taking on other administrative duties as required by management. A Pizza Hotline Front Desk Receptionist/Admin Assistant acts first and foremost as a Brand Ambassador, embodying the values and virtues of our team in all aspects - in interactions with our franchisees, store-level staff, customers, and other team members.

**Responsibilities & Duties of the Role**
- Continuously embody the values and culture of the Pizza Hotline team in all interactions
- Booking appointments
- Audit and Verify Invoices and submit for approvals
- Communicate with vendors and customers
- Office organization
- Ordering Office Supplies
- Entering information/data on excel spreadsheets
- Opening and closing duties
- Daily Correspondence with Accounting Department
- Manage files physically in storage room and digitally on our hard drive
- Support CEO and upper management
- Ensure strict adherence to all Pizza Hotline standards and other regulatory standards and policies

**This job is perfect for someone who has**:

- A high school diploma (post-secondary degree an asset)
- Experience using QuickBooks or other accounting software
- Strong inter-personal and written, verbal, and non-verbal communication skills
- Strong abilities to make decisions quickly and effectively while adhering strictly to brand standards and culture
- A desire to work ‘hands-on’ and build positive morale and team spirit
- Ability to work independently and autonomously, bringing in larger teams when needed but taking charge of the process
- Strong technological competencies (including as a minimum: Office 365)
- Strong typing skills
- A flair and passion for new technologies, and automation and streamlining of routine processes. Ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Highest level of attention to detail, individual elements, and how they piece together into the end product
- Strong analytical abilities, particularly in math
- Keen understanding of consumers and a passion for serving the customer and always exceeding expectations
