Part Time Administrator

**Specific Job Requirements include but are not limited to**:
- Manage incoming phone calls, messages, etc.
- Inventory and ordering of various office supplies.
- Broker load listings into TRREB MLS and ITSO.
- Prepare Agreements of Purchase and Sale, Amendments, Waivers, and all other documents as required using Webforms and Skyslope.
- Be the first point of contact for customers coming into the office.
- Maintain listing/deal files in an organized and complete manner electronically.
- General office tasks as required.
- Available to work flexible hours/evenings and weekends a **MUST**:
- **Ability to work in one or more of our other locations an asset (Newmarket, Bradford, Thornhill)**
