**Position: Team Lead - Cannabis Processing**

**Location: St Thomas, ON**
- **Responsibilities**_

**Team Leadership**:

- Lead and inspire a team of skilled professionals in cannabis processing.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Provide guidance, support, and training to team members.

**Production Oversight**:

- Assist in and oversee the production of pre-rolls, vape manufacturing, and dried flower co-packaging processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Implement and streamline production processes for efficiency and quality.

**Quality Control**:

- Implement and enforce strict quality control measures.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure product consistency and adherence to standards.

**Inventory Management**:

- Manage inventory levels effectively to meet production demands.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to optimize stock levels.

**Compliance**:

- Stay updated on cannabis industry regulations and ensure the team's adherence to all relevant standards.
- Work closely with compliance officers to address any issues promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in cannabis processing, with a focus on pre-rolls, vape manufacturing, and dried flower co-packaging.
- Previous supervisory experience in a manufacturing or processing setting.
- In-depth knowledge of cannabis regulations and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in cannabis processing and manufacturing preferred.

**Salary**: $18.00-$22.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- St. Thomas, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
