**Position Summary**:
We are on the lookout for a proactive and meticulous **Client Services & Operations Associate** to join our robust team at MONEX1. Serving as the cornerstone of our daily operations, you will be entrusted with the execution of cash handling, customer engagement, and administrative oversight. With a focus on efficiency and accuracy, your role will be pivotal in fostering client relationships and driving the smooth operation of our branches in North Vancouver and Vancouver. This multifaceted position is ideal for someone with a background in financial services, particularly in money exchange settings, who is also adept at using Microsoft Office tools.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage cash transactions with the utmost precision and adherence to security protocols.
- Offer exemplary customer service, addressing client queries and processing transactions with a welcoming and professional demeanor.
- Oversee inventory of office supplies and conduct routine administrative tasks to promote operational efficacy.
- Record-keeping of all transactions and client communications with a high level of detail.
- Work collaboratively with our team to refine and upgrade service delivery.
- Understand and comply with all regulations regarding currency exchange and financial transactions.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education or certifications in Business Administration or Finance highly regarded.
- **Work permit** is mandatory.
- Demonstrable proficiency in cash handling, customer service, and administrative roles, preferably in a financial or exchange service environment.
- Proficiency in English and Persian (Farsi) to serve a diverse clientele effectively.
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously without compromising on quality.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word, for various office and administrative tasks.
- A keen understanding of financial services and currency exchange, with previous experience in a currency exchange facility being a significant asset.
- Familiarity with basic accounting principles and the ability to create and interpret financial statements.
**Preferred Experience**:
- Previous work experience in a currency exchange or financial services role is highly desirable.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
- Experience in document creation, data management, and presentation preparation using Microsoft Office tools.

**Salary**: From $17.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
