**E-Commerce Coordinator**

West Four Group of Companies Inc. is a growing Western Canadian leader in supplying doors, hardware, and building specialties. Our trade brands are Madero, Penner, Security Building Supplies, Two Six Creative, West Four Distribution, West Four Manufacturing, and WSI Modular with facilities in Calgary, Edmonton, Regina, Saskatoon, and Winnipeg.

We are looking for an E-commerce Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role involves close collaboration with the marketing team and the purchasing team to focuses on maintaining and developing e-commerce sites for our diverse range of brands. The position reports to the Director of Procurement and works in tandem with various departmental teams.

**Position and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance and manage e-commerce platforms across different brands.
- Assist in the planning and execution of e-commerce strategies to boost online presence and sales.
- Coordinate with the Director of Procurement to align e-commerce activities with company inventory and procurement goals.
- Coordinate with the Category Executives to ensure product online visibility matches Core programs and sales directives.
- Execute on all tasks related to managing online product lines including market research, data entry, image editing, and layout to enhance user navigation and improve the overall customer experience.
- Engage in regular interactions with various teams to ensure seamless operations of e-commerce platforms.
- Process all inquires and feedback that the E-commerce sites generate to the appropriate departments.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Experience in Building Materials, and/or Commercial Architectural Hardware
- High level of skill with Excel and other standard desktop business software,
- Formal training and hands-on experience with large commercial database systems,
- The ability to meet multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks,
- Attention to detail and accuracy,
- Sense of accountability,
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively across different teams,
- Self Learner, ability to seek answers independently,
- Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or a related field,
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices and current online marketing trends,
- Adept at using various e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools,
- Background in marketing or business-related fields is preferred,

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $36,862.09-$55,285.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Saskatoon, SK S7K 2K9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)
