As an E-Commerce Coordinator, you would be working closely with other WBH team members to complete various related digital marketing projects.

The E-commerce coordinator will complete related tasks to ensure the e-commerce site runs smoothly and efficiently.

This includes uploading products and improving a website's user experience to facilitate ease by which customers can shop as well as develop supporting marketing campaigns.

The E-Commerce coordinator will maintain tracking of the success of products and related ad campaigns to assist in future campaign development.


Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of marketing and ecommerce initiatives.
  • Oversight of the website products to maximize sales.
  • Inspect landing pages, product information, checkout options, and all other pertinent websiterelated systems to ensure their visual appeal, accuracy, and ease of use.
  • Inspect and upload customers' products and customer reviews.
  • Team up with our SEO Specialists to increase the online presence of our website.
  • Facilitate set up of online items using WordPress platform and WooCommerce.
  • Manage and maintain reporting and analysis for the team.
  • Enhancing customer experience on the website by improving product content on the website.
  • Use WooCommerce and WordPress platforms to curate, create, modify, and remove website content as needed for inseason and seasonal changes.
  • Provide Vendor and Customer Support as needed.
  • Coordinate with Web Developers as required.
  • Provide practical coaching for new vendors in areas of creating their E-Store, posting products, and other ecommercerelated areas.
  • Create and drive initiatives that attract new vendors to the E-Commerce platform.
  • Perform day to day maintenance of the website to ensure content is accurate and uptodate.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

  • University degree in Marketing, Commerce, or related discipline.
  • Two years of experience in E-Commerce, Marketing and Sales, or related disciplines.
  • Experience in search engine optimization (SEO) would be considered an asset.

Required Licenses and/or Certifications

  • Criminal Occurrence Security Check
  • Must complete a Criminal Record and Vulnerable Sector Check in good standing and within three months prior to first day of employment.
