**Communications & Customer Support Coordinator**

We are looking for a savvy, organized, service-oriented, grammatically-focused **Communications** & Customer Support Coordinator** to join our growing COBS Bread team in our Vancouver Support Office.

Reporting to the Marketing Communications Manager, your main responsibilities will be providing coordinator support to the Communications team. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
**What you will be doing**

**Online Customer Support Liaison**
- Act as key internal contact with our external Customer Support agency partner
- Triage customer service issues internally
- Confer with Marketing Communications Manager on messaging around hot-button topics; develop templates and positioning as needed
- All in accordance with COBS Bread brand guidelines and tone of voice
- Social Listening & Community Management - monitor comments using Sprout Social and reply to customers, escalate to departments as required
- Compile monthly and quarterly reporting, including ongoing recommendations for performance improvement

**Communications**
- Internal communications:Acts as main editor of weekly franchisee newsletter, Crumbs
- Assists in acquiring internal stories from franchisee and support office network
- Maintains and updates internal communications channels
- Plays a role in development of upcoming internal support office extranet
- Support in development of internal communications such as presentations and videos
- Performs other duties and special projects, as required

**Requirements**:
**What You Bring to the Table**
- 1-2 years of experience in a Marketing or Communications Coordination role
- Familiarity with social monitoring software
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365
- A go-getter attitude and willingness to “roll up sleeves” to get the job done within a lean team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing administrative functions and processes in an office environment
- Pro-active work approach demonstrating high level of initiative and urgency
- Experience using CRM platforms would be an asset
- Knowledge of Retail and/or Franchising would be an asset
