The Intern, Communications will be responsible for assisting in the development and deployment of internal and external communications strategies. Functions will include working closely with various internal stakeholders from across the business.

The Internship Program will begin on May 15th and end August 11th, 2023.

As you progress in your internship, you’ll discover opportunities for you to grow and build your own career path.HOW YOU WILL MAKE CONTRIBUTIONS THAT MATTER...Support internal stakeholders by developing internal communications plans and crafting communication tools for various initiatives.-
- Support the senior leadership team in communicating business priorities to employees by assisting in the organization of town hall and roadshow sessions, as well as drafting, reviewing, and/or proofreading various communications materials such as newsletters, posters, online surveys, invitations, etc.-
- Assist in performing an internal communications audit to better understand the communications needs of our facilities across Canada.YOU ARE BEST SUITED FOR THE ROLE IF YOU...Are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Administration, Marketing or a related field (Minimum second year undergrad or first year Master students);-
- Are active in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community;-
- Have previous related internship experience (an asset);-
- Are detail-oriented, analytical, self-motivated and willing to take initiative;-
- Are not afraid to get acquainted with your team and business partners, quickly building relationships;-
- Are bilingual with strong oral and written communication skills (French and English);Have strong time management and organizational skills: you will manage priorities and multiple projects at a time all while ensuring to meet deadlines.At Saputo, our best comes from our people.
