- **Responsibilities**:_

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns, addressing them in a timely and professional manner.
- Work collaboratively with the sales and account management teams to understand client needs and deliver exceptional service.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align corporate messaging and branding strategies.
- Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency in communication across various channels.
- Provide support in creating marketing materials, presentations, and other collateral/ proposals.
- Plan, organize, and execute company events such as conferences, seminars, and product launches.
- Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, and audio-visual requirements.
- Ensure events are aligned with the company's objectives and enhance its reputation.
- Act as the face of the company at various industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
- Represent the company professionally and effectively communicate its values and offerings.
- Build and maintain a positive public image for the organization.
- Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance the company's public image.
- Draft press releases, articles, and other materials for media distribution.
- Monitor media coverage and address any issues that may arise.
- Research and Planning: Prepare for each episode by conducting research on topics, guests, and current events. Plan the structure and flow of the show.
- Scripting: Develop scripts or outlines for the show to guide the discussion and ensure key points are covered.
- Public Speaking: Represent the company at public events, conferences, and industry gatherings. Deliver speeches and presentations that align with the company's values and goals.
- Media Appearances: Act as the primary spokesperson for the company in media interviews and press conferences.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Embody the company's brand and values in all interactions, both online and offline.
- On-Camera Presence: Develop and maintain a strong and professional on-camera presence.
- Recording Content: Participate in the creation of promotional videos, advertisements, and other visual content.

**Video Editing Skills**:

- Acquire or possess basic video editing skills to review and refine recorded content.
- Collaboration with Production Team: Work closely with the production team to ensure that the final edited videos align with the intended message and image of the company.
- Quality Control: Review edited content for accuracy, coherence, and alignment with the company's branding.

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate relations, client management, or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in event planning and execution.
- Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
