**Position Summary**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Janitor and Building Maintenance is primarily responsible for assisting the Building Supervisor in the daily routines required to keep the building clean and functional

**Responsibilities**:

- Aid in the cleaning of the building
- Operation of floor cleaning equipment
- Set up furniture for functions
- Assist with clean up from functions
- Seasonal duties (minor snow removal/lawn care)
- Vacuuming and/or sweeping floors
- Washing Floors
- Cleaning Furniture after events
- Cleaning Windows and Sills
- Maintenance flower garden
- Conduct minor repairs
- Installation of equipment as a general handyman

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma and any other relevant equivalent experience
- Working familiarity with broad maintenance needs of commercial building
- Working familiarity with communities
- Ability to operate heavy equipment (buffing machine) and move furniture
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Able to organization required duties into allowed timelines
- Ability to work independently

**Compensation and Hours of Work**:

- $18.15 per hour
- Shift Hours: 10am-6pm Sun, Mon & Holidays
