You bring a positive attitude and a strong work ethic to support our service technicians and act as a liaison between them, the advisors and the customers.

Duties include:

- Road testing and verifying customer concerns as well as verifying repairs.
- Following policies, procedures and guidelines as set out by General Motors and the dealership.
- Assisting the technicians with diagnosis or repairs where applicable.
- Ensure quality of work as well as productivity of the shop.
- Assess and manage shop comebacks for responsibility of repairs.
- Dealing with customer concerns and disputes where required.

What you bring:

- Automotive Trade Certificate.
- Minimum 10 years trade experience.
- Minimum 5 years current GM experience.
- Previous supervision &/or leadership experience.
- Attention to detail and a desire to provide an exceptional customer service experience.
- Valid Class 5 Alberta Drivers License.
- Proficient communication skills, both written and verbally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $80,000.00-$108,000.00 per year
