Shop Supervisor Position Available

We are a growing medium-sized property maintenance company with an opening for shop supervisor. This individual will be responsible for maintaining and organizing our equipment, shop, and front office space for the safety and well-being of staff and customers. Typical daily jobs include: identify problems, schedule repairs, source parts, maintain inventories, and debrief field crews. Maintenance schedules, pre-trip inspections, and good recordkeeping are essential components for success.
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s licence (Class 3 an asset)
- Mechanical background (gas/diesel, hydraulic, 12V electrical)
- Available to occasionally work outside of business hours
- Physically able to perform manual tasks (lifting/kneeling)
- Ability to operate various machines (trucks/loaders/mowers)
- Ability to connect, tow, & back up trailers
- Troubleshooting aptitude & attention to detail
- Punctual & reliable
- Good communication skills
- Multitasking capability

**Salary**: $21.00-$28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 50 per week

- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Microsoft Office: 1 year (preferred)

Expected start date: 2024-04-15
