All Equip Repair & Service is looking to hire a Shop Supervisor for our busy Truck and Trailer Repair Shop in St.Marys.

We offer permanent full-time employment, working Monday-Friday, day shift only.
We have competitive wages, based on experience, a weekly pay schedule, medical and dental benefits, and an RRSP plan.

Wage will be based on experience.

Description:
  • The Shop Supervisor will report to the Shop Manager daily.
  • Ensure repairs are done properly and efficiently.
  • Analyze and diagnose problems, and make decisions on repairs.
  • Coach and mentor staff.
  • Supervise 10+ employees.
  • Maintenance on heavy trucks, trailers and tractors.
  • Update and maintain work orders (paper and computerized).
  • perform inspections, diagnostic tests, troubleshooting and general repairs.

Requirements:
  • Must have heavy equipment shop experience.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Advance knowledge of various tools and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership skills.

310T License is a MUST
