**Responsibilities**

As the Community Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of our coworking space while providing excellent customer service. Your duties will include:

- Building and nurturing a vibrant community within the workspace, fostering a sense of belonging and encouraging meaningful connections among members.
- Managing day-to-day operations, including space utilization, ensuring all amenities and services are functioning properly.
- Welcoming new members, giving them tours of the facility, and providing orientation to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
- Responding to member inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing timely assistance to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
- Organizing and promoting community events, workshops, and networking opportunities to foster engagement and collaboration among members.
- Monitoring and maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the workspace, ensuring it remains an inspiring and well-maintained environment.
- Implementing and improving operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and the overall member experience.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop strategies for member acquisition and community growth.
- Keeping abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and best practices to continuously improve the space and stay ahead.

**A Typical Day as a Community Manager**

No two days will be the same in this dynamic role. A typical day might involve:

- Greeting members as they arrive, checking in on their needs, and addressing any immediate concerns.
- Coordinating and preparing for upcoming community events, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place.
- Conducting member interviews to gather feedback, suggestions, and testimonials for promotional purposes.
- Collaborating with the operations team to address any maintenance or technical issues promptly.
- Updating the community portal and social media platforms with engaging content and relevant updates.
- Facilitating introductions between members with shared interests or potential collaborations.
- Conducting tours for potential new members and effectively communicating the value of our coworking space.
- Brainstorming creative ideas for future events and initiatives to enhance member engagement.

**About You**

You’re an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic and customer-centric environment. The qualifications and qualities we are looking for include:

- Proven experience in community management, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with members from diverse backgrounds.
- Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail to ensure the smooth operation of the space.
- A genuine passion for creating a positive and inclusive community atmosphere.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle various responsibilities with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Proficiency in using technology and software tools to manage operations and engage with the community.
- Knowledge of coworking industry trends and best practices is a plus.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate occasional evening or weekend events.

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
